SUMMARY STATEMENT
Provides training to Warehouse Workers and Supply Support staff on warehouse operations, packing skills, shipping and fulfillment management activities to help affect guest service and business efficiency. Also provides installation services and on-site support to properties that purchase the proprietary property management systems. Delivers training through on-site visits, regionalized training workshops and other training vehicles such as online webinars.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
*Conducts training for Warehouse, supply support personnel, Order Filling support staff, and Packaging company personnel either on-site or in regional learning workshops; utilizing company-developed curriculum and training plan
*Installs hardware and software
*Assist Supply staff in operating both systems and operational skills to help the staff better utilize the technology tools
*Works with new training staff, preparing them to work on their own in supply Points and the field
*Provides input on training materials and course content, working with other trainers and support personnel as needed
*Acts as liaison between the Supply, Support and Technical Services during the training process and for a time period after training
*Provides administrative or project support as needed
*Completes and returns Production reports in a timely manner
SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
*College degree or equivalent experience in entry level management (particularly within the Supply Point Setting)
* Supply, Production and Packing experience preferred
*Experience as a Supply Assistant preferred
*Practical training and/or presentation experience required
*Ability to be flexible with changing schedules and priorities
*Ability to work independently and without direct supervision
*Individuals in this position will impact supply and production staff,
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
*Ability to lift 50-60 pounds
*Willingness and ability to work extended hours
*Willingness and ability to travel to Deliver (up to 10 days per month)
*Valid driver's license
*Must Know major metropolitan area in order to Delive on time
*Fluent english skills required
*Spanish language skills a Plus
