Now I Get It ! To become an associate partner I only had to apply online, complete my background check, schedule and attend an interview /prep training session, and schedule what hours I was available. I launched my career as a Shop Monitor Associate Partner where I started earning up to 20.00 an hour, which for me is great for extra income where I could set my own hours and schedule as an independent contractor. There are other opportunities for event associate, drivers, pack techs, market vendors and more. P.E.
